Wisconsin Cheese and Sausage Company is comprised of 2 divisions, Wisconsin Cheese Company and Wisconsin Sausage Company. Each division produces some of the highest quality products available in the market today. Our market success has allowed us to add additional items per request of our current customers.
Wisconsin Cheese Company is mostly known for our high volume 2oz. snack cheeses available with door clings for convenient display and easy customer pick up. Our Famous Wisconsin Cheese Curds and our 1lb Wax Rounds carry a close second in volume to our 2oz. snacks. We also offer our specialty cheeses ranging from chocolate cheese to 4 year old cheddar. Wisconsin Cheese Company’s traditional cheeses such as mild & aged cheddars and our specialty cheeses are available in a variety of exact weight sizes including 8oz., 1lb and 2lb. blocks.
Wisconsin Sausage Company produces all Angus Beef products. Our line consists of all Angus Beef Meatballs and a full line of snack items including summer sausage, beef jerky, beef sticks blended with pepper jack and cheddar cheeses along with our unique country sausage. These items are the leanest, most flavorful beef products available to the consumer today!
